As part of normal business operations, Apex Global Security retains business records for the duration required by applicable law, licensing regulations, and standard industry practice. Records that may be retained include Consent and Authorization Records, electronic acknowledgements, form submissions, uploaded documents, emails, electronic signatures, employment applications, employment acknowledgements, customer records, employee records, service records, emergency service authorizations, training records, and billing records. Records submitted through the Apex Global Security Consent and Authorization Record System — including indemnity agreements, hold harmless acknowledgements, background check authorizations, and emergency service authorization documents — are retained as legally significant business records and may not be subject to deletion requests where retention is required by law, contract, licensing obligation, or legitimate business necessity. Uploaded Files & Document Retention

Documents, photos, and files uploaded through any Apex Global Security website form — including proof of ownership documents, identification records, certifications, resumes, and supporting materials — are retained as part of the associated business record. Uploaded files submitted as part of an emergency service request, employment application, or authorization process are treated as components of the corresponding Consent and Authorization Record and are subject to the same retention practices. Apex Global Security does not use uploaded files for any purpose other than the specific business function for which they were submitted. For questions about a specific uploaded document, contact [email protected].
